I am currently working as a freelancer at The William Kentridge Studio in Johannesburg; and I am represented by WeAre_Creative in Cape Town.
I was the official editor of Suzelle DIY; a breakthrough hit YouTube comedy web-series which was also aired on ComedyCentral. This show won the award for best editing in a tv comedy series at the South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) in 2018.
I was the assembly editor of Tali's Wedding Diary, a Showmax original mockumentary tv series, which won 5 awards at the 2019 SAFTAs, including best editing in a comedy tv series.
I directed and edited the original documentary 'Rhythm & Smoke' for MonsterEnergy which aired on multiple DSTV channels and has been widely recognized as a deep dive into a unique aspect of South African culture.

2016 - 2019: Full time in-house editor at Sketchbook Studios, a production company based in Woodstock, Cape Town.
2015 - 2016: I lived in New York City where I was involved in shooting and editing many music videos for local bands.
2012 - 2014: I worked as an intern and freelance assistant on many different sets and enhanced my knowledge of the various career paths within the industry. I learnt the process of commercial filmmaking and gained a lot of all-round on-set experience.
2009 - 2011: Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Town; majoring in Classical Studies and French.
